Amazon's Great Indian Festival sales starts from today

Another edition of Amazon India's Great Indian Festival has started, and will continue till Sunday, October 8. This sale will give discounts on more than 10 crore products across categories such as electronics, consumer durables, fashion, home & kitchen, among many others.

Dropbox redesign itself

New design of Dropbox looks like a hipster file sharing service. It introduces a whole lot more color into its former white-and-blue aesthetic. It is the first major revamp in 10 years with a flatter box logo that makes it look less like an actual box.



Nokia smartphones will get Android P update

HMD global recently announced that all Nokia phones including Nokia 3 and Nokia 5, the budget smartphones will get Android P, when the next major build will be released by Google. This means that all current Nokia Android smartphones will be provided with two major OS upgrades - Android Oreo and Android P.

Instagram added new polling stickers to Stories

Now you can add a poll sticker in your Instagram Story. People viewing your story will be able to vote by tapping on a choice, which will show the overall results so far. Along with that, Instagram also added an eyedropper tool that allows you to take colors from your pictures for text and brushes.

Alexa messaging and calling available in the UK and Germany

Amazon is rolling out new updates for its Alexa app by adding support for messaging and calling in the UK, Germany, and Austria. The voice calling feature will work on Echo and Echo Dot devices, which will allow Alexa-powered devices to call each other.

Jio updated Rs.149 prepaid plan

Jio's well known prepaid plan Rs. 149 updated with 2GB data for 28days. After the high-speed quota is over, users can access the Web at 64kbps speed. This 64kbps will provide customers unlimited Internet.

October Android security update released

Google released the monthly security update for the month of October. The supported Nexus and Pixel user can download security patch over-the-air (OTA).

Google's hardware launching event will be held later on today

Google's new hardware launch event will start within 8hrs. Today, Google will introduce new Pixel series smartphones with Google Home Mini and Google Pixelbook.
